This watch includes a white round dial with sapphire crystal, stainless steel bezel, an hour, minute, and second hands, and a see through screw down case back. Looks good, keeps excellent time, one good shake gets it started and after wearing for a few minutes with run for about a day after lying down. The band of this Seiko arctura watch is very nice looking and keeps the watch light and more comfortable for everyday wears.
