Avalon Park Group to develop $50 Million Manor department store in Liestal, Switzerland

Avalon Park Group, which developed Avalon Park in east Orlando, is in design and will begin construction of a $50 million, 200,000 square foot Manor department store in Liestal, Switzerland.

Press Release (PressBurner) Jan 24, 2009 - Beat Kahli, who heads Avalon Park Group, said Manor department store is the largest retailer in Switzerland.  

The department store facility will anchor a new town center in Liestal, featuring underground parking for 300 vehicles.

Kahli said adjacent retail space will include a supermarket and other retailers as well as office space.
