Mr. Lozzi has extensive business experience having worked in multi-million dollar computer companies in the mid 1980's. He worked in the network communication business for companies such as Racal Milgo and Kiwi Industries learning business and management operations until delving full-time into the restaurant realm. He began helping out in the family business making pizza deliveries for the small family takeout restaurant.
Presently, Mr. Lozzi owns and operates a IHOP (International House of Pancakes) in two locations in Miami Dade County and works collaboratively with various community organizations sponsoring charitable events to the communities of Miami Dade County.

Todd is a graduate of John Hopkins University and holds a Bachelors Degree in Spanish Literature from Georgetown University. His expertise is in Psychiatry and has his own medical practice since 1997. He is member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Sigma Chi Research Society. We asked Todd what the highlight of his life has been and he responded "Being a Professor in the very school where I earned my degree".
