Chris Brown studied Parkour, Martial Arts for ‘Takers’

Dubai, U.A.E. – October 1st, 2010 – A famous American singer and music lover Chris Brown has set a benchmark and made it big for himself in the music industry.But as an actor in the film "Takers" Chris Brown had to go through days of rigorous running through the streets of Los Angeles during a climactic chase scene, in which he flees from actors Jay Hernandez and Matt Dillon.

Takers is an ensemble heist film that features Hayden Christensen, Paul Walker, Idris Elba, Chris Brown, and Michael Ealy as a group of high-class thieves who are dragged into a job by their recently released ex-member Ghost (T. I.) just as two detectives (Matt Dillon and Jay Hernandez) are hot on their tail. Brown's character, who is part of a group of bank robbers, leaps on top of cars, scales buildings and jumps through windows. And fans may also notice a hint of parkour movement in Brown's getaway tactics. Brown says, “We call it 'trickin'.' We use different acrobatics and flips and stuff. I always incorporate that in my dancing too. Being able to apply that to the movie was a step up on my entertainment value. It was great." He also adds, “The most thrilling part about this movie is probably the stunts, I do, like, 96 percent of my stunts. I think the most exciting parts are the stunts, getting to blow stuff up, shoot guns, you know what I'm saying. It's all fun!"

Takers is the action flick which is filled with flying bullets, chases and explosions. Releasing on 7th october, 2010, Takers will fill you with some outstanding sequences along with good humor, drama and entertainment.
