‘Eat Pray Love’ Appeals to the Heartbroken

The star Hollywood actress Julia Roberts is featured in his new film Eat Pray Love, which tells the story of a women who decides to travel the world after going through a difficult divorce. Directed and co –written by Ryan Murphy, this film is the adaptation of Elizabeth Gilbert’s best selling book Eat Pray Love. Releasing on 7th October, 2010, Julia Roberts insists that the story line will strike a chord with people have felt let down by love.

For anyone who hasn’t read the book, this movie works as a stand alone, as it covers all aspects which include emotions, fulfillments, spiritual-awakening and inner-strengths, etc. Ryan Murphy has done a terrific job of aligning Elizabeth Gilbert’s diverse globetrotting experiences into an organic shape. Liz Gilbert (Julia Roberts), who is a travel writer by profession, passes through the journey of divorce, emotional uncertainty and unhappy marriage relationship. Yet like many others, she found herself lost, confused and start searching for what she really wanted in life. Hence, Liz plans to step out, risking everything to change her life, embarking on a journey around the world that becomes a quest for self-discovery. Julia Roberts says, “This movie is for anybody who has ever had their heart broken anybody who has ever felt guilty, or lost in their life”. She further adds, “Every body has a journey, a moment in their lives when they need to redefine who they are and what they’re looking for. Liz’s journey is very specific and very visual, in a way that’s very appealing as a story.”
Eat Pray Love is ultimately charming and an inspirational movie which will leave you pondering your life choices and forgiving your flaws. The performances are just too fantastic, the vistas too lovely to pay too much attention to anything else. Romantic rooms, exotic destinations, and global style make this must-see film a feast for the eyes.
