The oldest antique store in the area, they have been providing quality antiques and collectibles to the Livonia, Michigan and surrounding communities for over 17 years.
Town & Country Antiques Mall, established in 1992 by owner Barbara Gale, is still going strong today. "It is exciting to be celebrating our 17th year in business," she stated. "Many of our dealers have been with us since day one and it has been a joy to make friendships with our regular customers over the years," she continued.
It is easy to see why Town & Country Antiques Mall is so popular with its customers. A myriad of eclectic treasures waits inside the 8700+ square foot establishment and is a virtual paradise for the seasoned and novice collector alike. Looking for vintage jewelry? Look no further as showcase after showcase displays rhinestone sets, Bakelite, rings, and signed designer pieces. "I love buying my jewelry here," said Lori, a long-time customer. "It costs less than department stores and I always find something unusual and beautiful."
Other interesting items such as Oriental rugs, vintage fishing lures, Depression glass, and clocks line the booths of over 50 dealers as well as many styles of figurines such as Royal Doulton, Bunnykins and Lladro. Also featured are many lamps including both floor and table Tiffany-style leaded glass. These are just some of the items waiting to be discovered. "Our inventory is always changing," said Barbara.
In honor of their 17th anniversary, sale discounts of 15 to 30% will be offered by all mall dealers. The sale will run from May 21 through June 30, 2009. Customers can also enter for a chance at winning a $100 shopping spree at the mall as a thank you for their patronage.
